Mobile Banking & Bill Pay

Monitor your accounts 24/7 using your mobile phone... receive alerts, view accounts, transfer funds, even send or cancel payments whenever you need to.

Enrollment

Log on to Personal Online Banking, select Profile and click on the Enroll Now button within the Mobile Banking Profile section. Adding your mobile device within online banking will send a text message containing a link to the mobile browser or application.

Mobile Deposit

Deposit your checks whenever it's most convenient for you, wherever you are. It's completely secure and making a deposit is as easy as taking a picture.

Enrollment

You must first be enrolled in Mobile Banking and be using the application to access mobile deposit.

Text Mobile Banking

Don't have internet on your phone? No problem, you can still access your account via our text mobile banking. Simply text United Bank to receive account balances, transaction history or find a branch or ATM near you.

Enrollment

Log on to Personal Online Banking, select Profile and click on the Enroll Now button within the Mobile Banking Profile section. Adding your mobile device within online banking will give you the option to select mobile services.

Online Banking

Access real-time account information 24/7 from the convenience of your personal computer. Online Banking is easy to use and more secure than ever. Look up account balances, see what transactions have posted, transfer funds between accounts, even pay your bills.

Enrollment

Complete the first time login form to enroll. You will need your online banking PIN created at account opening. To reset your online banking PIN call 800.968.1990.

Online Bill Pay

Pay most of your bills without buying stamps, licking envelopes or worrying about checks getting held up in the mail. Unlimited online payments are yours for free.

Enrollment

Log on to Personal Online Banking, select the Bill Payments tab, fill out contact information and follow the prompts.

Email and Text Alerts

Stay on top of account activity and avoid unnecessary fees, no matter where you are. United Bank's Email & Text Alerts send you a message in need-to-know moments, such as when a transaction clears or when your balance drops below a pre-set level.

Enrollment

Log on to Personal Online Banking, click on Alerts and follow the prompts to setup your email and/or text alerts.

External Transfers

Our External transfer service lets you move funds quickly and easily between your accounts at United Bank and those at other financial institutions. It's safe and secure!

Enrollment

Log on to Personal Online Banking, select Other Services and External Transfer Signup and follow the prompts to complete enrollment.

Person-to-Person Payments — Popmoney®

Cheaper than a wire transfer, faster than a check. Use Popmoney to pay anyone you know, or owe – it's the easy way to send and receive money using your United Bank account. Pay your rent or send money to your kids away at college – it's safe and secure and all you need is an email address or mobile phone number.

Enrollment

If you are a bill pay customer, you are automatically enrolled in this feature.

If you have received the "Unable to deposit funds" message, please review you automatic deposit settings within popmoney preferences. For additional assistance, please call support at 616.243.1040 or contact us.

FinanceWorks

Simplify your money management with FinanceWorks, powered by Quicken®. One login gives you access to all your accounts- at United Bank and elsewhere. FinanceWorks lets you see where your money is spent, helps you stay on budget and tracks tax deductions. It also can send alerts and reminders when it's time to pay bills or balance your account. Telebank

Telebank turns any touch-tone phone into your personal bank branch, so now you can do much of your banking from anywhere you can find a phone. Simply call any of these three phone numbers to get started: 616.559.4660, 269.792.6696, or 1.800.968.5869.

Enrollment
  1. Start by dialing any of the phone numbers listed above.
  2. When prompted, enter any one of your account numbers.
  3. You’ll be prompted for the type of account: checking, savings, etc.
  4. When prompted, enter your PIN – This number was chosen during account opening. To reset, call your local branch or 1.800.968.1990.
  5. Respond to the menus and prompts to make any Telebank transaction.

 

eStatements

Use your email inbox instead of your mailbox. It's safe and secure and costs you nothing to switch to eStatements — you will be notified via email the day that your statement is available to view within online banking.

Enrollment

Log on to Personal Online Banking, select Profile and click Edit within the eStatement Enrollment section to change the enrollment status on each account.
