Using Tele-Bank 24 could hardly be easier or more intuitive. Here’s all you need to do:

1. Start by dialing any of the Tele-Bank 24 Access Numbers.
2. When prompted, enter any one of your account numbers. These same numbers serve as your access numbers, so you don’t have to memorize separate numbers.
3. You’ll be prompted for the type of account: checking, savings, etc.
4. When prompted, enter your PIN – which is the last four digits of your social security number the first time you call. For your security, you’ll be prompted to change your PIN to another number you can easily remember for future use.
5. Respond to the menus and prompts to make any Tele-Bank 24 transaction.
